A new light and sound installation created for Light Up Poole incorporating the voices of local people. A series of coloured glowing shells reveal the thoughts and reflections of lesser heard voices on what the sea and shore mean to them.

As you approach, the shifting colours of the shells highlight the seemingly infinite depth of the spirals. Put your ear to the shell and listen to the voices and soundscape coming from within expressing the changing nature of the seaside for the homeless and the older communities in Poole.
