Statistics tell us that one in four people will suffer with a mental health illness in any one year.  Look around you.  How many people you work with, live with, or pass by in the street are suffering in silence and solitude? In a new piece of commissioned art, Fuse Arts Collective & Zetamotion explore the notion of “1 in 4”, a unique interactive that uses cutting edge lighting, sound and sensor technology.  It explores the choices we make when people need our help.  If we suspect someone is mentally unwell what do, we do?  Do we engage or just walk by?  Against the natural backdrop of Poole,  trees are used as a symbol of humankind: a metaphor for new beginnings, growth, forging new pathways and life journeys.  Visitors are encouraged to engage with and comfort the trees that need help.
