This illuminated sculpture by Michael Condron is designed to highlight the many aspects of migration inspired by the restoration of ‘The Osprey’ population in Poole Harbour.  Poet Jack Thacker will engage primary school children to write poems about the restoration of the osprey on the south coast, drawing on themes of migration, human inventiveness and endeavour, borders and identities, and how humans adapt to new circumstances often involving risk and uncertainty.  Birds of Poole Harbour will display the poems on the digital screens in their HQ and run a series of talks about The Osprey.
