Projection Mapping workshops in schools led by Bournemouth University Programme Lead for BA Digital Media Design, Liam Birtles, are designed to enhance the students’ current studies in related areas for GCSE, BTEC and A Level Arts and Design qualifications.

Liam is an artist, educator and researcher with over 20 years’ experience in creative practice with digital technologies.  He is accompanied by second year students at the university who have worked alongside students from local schools and colleges to create indoor light art pieces mapped onto a range of sculptures presented at Lighthouse.

Participating schools include, Blandford, Poole High, Lytchett Minster, Montacute School and Bournemouth and Poole College.
